The worksheet follows the sections of the N.D. Ga. Chapter 13 Plan, version 1.4 (December 2020), published on the court’s plan page. It prints a clearly labeled draft summary for attorney review.
- The official plan is an XFA form. It is still completed by hand in the court’s form; the worksheet gives you the numbers to enter.
Means test for Chapter 13
The Chapter 13 means-test forms use the same U.S. Trustee tables as Chapter 7. The administrative expense multiplier for the Northern District of Georgia is 7.7% for cases filed on or after July 15, 2026 and 7.4% for April 1 – July 14, 2026 (UST data).

After filing
